Amazon is leaning further into short-form video, launching a new experience that delivers news and information through quick, vertical video clips. It’s another example of the TikTok-style format expanding beyond traditional social media platforms.Â
Â
Why It Matters: Short-form video is becoming a standard way people consume information, not just entertainment. For agents, that reinforces the value of turning educational topics, FAQs, and industry updates into quick videos that are easy to watch and understand.Â

TikTok is making its comment sections more interactive with voice notes, polls, photo carousels and Live Photos. Instead of conversations being limited mostly to text, users now have more ways to respond and interact directly underneath videos.
Why it matters: Comments can become part of your content strategy. Agents can use these new features to ask questions, get audience feedback and create more conversations around the topics their clients care about.

Instagram is rolling out the ability to add posts you’re tagged in directly to your main profile grid. Instead of only appearing under the Tagged tab, selected posts can now live alongside your regular content without needing to repost them.
Why it matters: For agents, this gives client shoutouts, event photos, partnerships and other tagged content more visibility. It’s another way to build social proof and keep valuable third-party content working longer on your profile.

Meta has introduced Muse, a personal AI agent designed to do more than answer questions. Muse can take actions like sending emails, managing calendars, completing forms, booking travel and working across connected apps, even after you’ve stopped actively interacting with it.
Why it matters: AI is moving from helping agents create content to potentially helping with entire workflows. Tools like this could eventually make everyday marketing and administrative tasks much easier to automate.

X has updated its Terms of Service with new rules around legal disputes and AI-generated content. The changes include waiving jury trials, limiting class-action lawsuits, establishing Texas as the jurisdiction for disputes, and clarifying that users are responsible for content created through AI-powered features.
Why it matters: If you’re using AI tools to help create or publish content, you’re still responsible for what goes out. As platforms add more AI features, reviewing AI-generated content before posting is becoming even more important.
