X has updated its Terms of Service with new rules around legal disputes and AI-generated content. The changes include waiving jury trials, limiting class-action lawsuits, establishing Texas as the jurisdiction for disputes, and clarifying that users are responsible for content created through AI-powered features.
Why it matters: If you’re using AI tools to help create or publish content, you’re still responsible for what goes out. As platforms add more AI features, reviewing AI-generated content before posting is becoming even more important.
